b. Liability: Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for any consequential or indirect losses incurred by the client.
7. Confidentiality

8. Termination
a. Termination by Client: The client may terminate the contract by providing written notice. In such cases, the client will be liable for payment for any services rendered up to the date of termination.
b. Termination by InterIdead Construction Ltd.: We reserve the right to terminate the contract if the client fails to comply with these terms and conditions. In such cases, the client will be liable for payment for any services rendered up to the date of termination.
9. Force Majeure
InterIdead Construction Ltd. will not be liable for any delays or failures to perform our obligations under this contract due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, or labor disputes.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this contract will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
