4. Payment Terms

b. Late Payments: Late payments will incur interest at the rate of 5% per annum above the base rate of the Bank of England, accruing daily from the due date until payment is received in full.

5. Client Responsibilities

a. Access: The client must provide access to the property during agreed-upon times to allow our team to perform the snagging services.

b. Utilities: The client must ensure that all necessary utilities (electricity, water, etc.) are available to facilitate the snagging process.

6. Warranty and Liability

a. Quality Assurance: InterIdead Construction Ltd. guarantees that all snagging services will be performed to the highest standards of workmanship and quality.

b. Liability: Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for any consequential or indirect losses incurred by the client.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all information obtained during the course of the engagement confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent, except where required by law.

8. Termination

a. Termination by Client: The client may terminate the contract by providing written notice. In such cases, the client will be liable for payment for any services rendered up to the date of termination.

b. Termination by InterIdead Construction Ltd.: We reserve the right to terminate the contract if the client fails to comply with these terms and conditions. In such cases, the client will be liable for payment for any services rendered up to the date of termination.

9. Force Majeure

InterIdead Construction Ltd. will not be liable for any delays or failures to perform our obligations under this contract due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, or labor disputes.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this contract will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Amendments

InterIdead Construction Ltd. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued engagement of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
